This year has seen our raw food venture expanding and now  I am helping more new producers of raw organic food who make amazing creations that have wowed my taste buds!  Coming in 2012 include raw almond based snacks from Morocco, a new range of baobab bars, a new range of highly innovative raw food from Scotland and the most delicious raw snacks from France that have passed the child-approval taste test with flying colours!  Everything that is available now is in my catalogue; please contact me for the products that are being launched first quarter 2012.

Here's the story so far!

Biscru and Ticru are now available in 15 countries around the world.  Biscru are delicious raw crackers made in France that I discovered when I tried to start eating raw food in November 2008 in the freezing French Alps!  I will always be grateful since without Biscru, I would not have been able to carry on, so they have a place in my heart!  Now I look after the wholesale and retail customers for Biscru buy online and all of the products below that have come into my life through sometimes weird and often wonderful means!  You see the list is growing but I'm very fussy so I only look after products I love and only ever those that I consider to be the best in their field, since I live, work and even sometimes dream about them!

Once I started eating raw food, this led me to a journey of discovery of some wonderful food and, being a chocolate lover, I of course wanted to try raw chocolate.  I have to say that some brands were a disappointment (dry, too hard, tasteless, too sweet or a bit sickly from too much coconut oil, with a strange aftertaste or delicious but really expensive) but then I was sent some chocolate made by Rawr Foods in Cambridge and realised there is a god!  For me, Rawr chocolate is perfect (smooth, creamy, good texture and exceptional flavour, plus really affordable) plus it doesn't make me want to eat the whole bar! (ie one piece is enough!)

Next, the most innovative product I've encountered in raw food; Vegus Juices are 100% raw, organic wheatgrass and broccoli sprout juices that last for 12 weeks without refrigeration!  How so?  The producer discovered that by subjecting the juices to ultra high pressurisation, the bacteria (which degrade the fresh juices) are killed and the juices, once sealed, stay fresh with all their enzymes and nutrients still intact.  I also cannot believe how such a small amount of juice (33ml) can have such a huge impact on my energy levels.

Earlier this summer, I met a very genuine Scottish man called Roddy who had previously had serious health issues and recovered drinking alkaline water.  He is as committed to helping others heal as I am and set up Water for Health and I have just started helping him with his mission to spread the word about alkaline water!  I love his EnergyPlus water filter that removes everything and alkalises with minerals and gives far infrared energy (wow!)  Happily I have also found a 100% raw, organic green vegetable booster called  pHfreshgreens that is also really amazing value.  As you may know I was asked by Energise for Life to help them, but left earlier this year when I realised that my ethics were not in line with theirs. I can not recommend non-organic products made in the US due to issues with potential GMO contamination and I have also stopped recommending water ionisers after we discovered just how unstable the water is.  One day we tested the water and found that, once poured, it completely loses its alkalinity.  Since this pouring action also mimics swallowing, I questioned if any ionised alkaline water reaches the stomach and because of this doubt, I looked for an alternative way to make alkaline water, which led me to connect with Roddy.

The latest range that I am really excited by is Cupcake Organic Skincare that was created by April Westley because she couldn't find any skincare that didn't react to her extra sensitive skin.  This is a gorgeous range presented in my favourite colour, bright pink and the little pots are like jewels that hide the most incredible combination of essential oils of flowers, fruits and nuts.   It's also attracted over 5,000 customer enquiries in just 6 months and April's asked me to look after these so I'm going to be busy!!!  I'm also pretty happy that we've been listed by our first wholesaler in record time - a sign of what a good range this really is.

Boku Superfood is something I recently discovered thanks to Mike Adams' Natural News.  I'm already addicted!  I've found that it's by far the best tasting greens drink; I now just add water and have as one meal during the day - it's delicious and it just makes me feel so good.  Lynn, who is Boku's CEO, asked me to help market in Europe and so you can buy at trade prices from me. 

And a new angle for me!  Sanctum Australia make 100% organic bodycare products that I honestly thought I'd been getting when I bought Jason and Cattier products.... not so apparently and when I read the labels I was actually really annoyed with myself that I'd not read them before! (I blame the extra tiny print that is impossible to read easily!).  I was chatting with a friend about this and he told me to go and look at Sanctum... well I did and was put in touch with David in Switzerland who promotes the Hulda Clark anti-parasite method which I used last year, as you'll see from my blog.  David is another one of those people who cares so much about helping others and so we got on well!  He sent me a few samples and they are really good - beautiful packaging and I particularly love their conditioner and the gorgeous smell of natural herbs in their products.  Of course this time I really did read the labels; I researched the ingredients and upset Sanctum's chemist with all my questions, but I'm completely satisfied that this really is an authentic organic range and that I'm happy there are no nasties in disguise!  Here's their latest catalogue and trade price list.

New Organic, Raw Foods now listed in my catalogue include some amazing 100% organic minerals (which I'd never heard of until March this year), some cold pressed oils that are going to revolutionise the market and later this year, there will be a huge range of organic raw snack foods; a very exciting new venture that I'll post more on later this summer.

And me?  Still happy, still think I'm incredibly lucky and still love what I do and am grateful that I've met so many lovely friends through raw food.
